I can help you vocalise and visualise your goals, to then start putting a personalised plan in place to then achieve them. I will be with you every step of the way.

Through your online sessions I will work with you as a mirror, a facilitator and a mentor who will guide you through all the steps and will teach you how to become aware of your deepest feelings and emotions. The sessions will help you develop the self-knowledge so you can start identifying your strengths and start seeing your true potential. This includes:

How many sessions will you need?

The length of coaching sessions is different for everyone and to some degree, it depends on what you want to work through and what you want to achieve.

Short-term sessions are better suited to addressing a straightforward problem and learning how to overcome the issue.

Deeper Therapy & Life Coaching works with long term issues and long-established patterns of behaviour are more likely to require a commitment to a longer period of therapy. We will be able to discuss your needs during your first session.
